These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MonoArt (the “Application”), operated by an individual developer based in Thailand.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
1. Description of the Application
MonoArt is a mobile application that allows users to capture photographs using the device’s camera, import images from the device’s photo library, and apply visual filters and edits locally on the device.
All functionality of the Application is performed entirely on the user’s device.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Application only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of 13, you may use the Application only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Camera and Photo Library Access
The Application requires access to the device’s camera and photo library solely to enable its core functionality, including capturing images, importing photos, and saving edited images.
The Application:
• does not upload images to any servers;
• does not store images outside of your device;
• does not analyze, transmit, or share images or media files.
You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s system settings.
4. User Content
All photographs and images created or imported using the Application (“User Content”) remain the sole property of the user.
The developer:
• does not claim ownership of User Content;
• does not access or retain User Content;
• is not responsible for the content, legality, or use of User Content.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, edit, or store using the Application.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Application:
• for any unlawful purpose;
• in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• in a way that interferes with the normal operation of the Application.
6. No Data Collection
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data.
No user accounts, analytics, advertising services, or tracking technologies are used.

7. Intellectual Property
Because the Application does not collect or transmit personal data, the risk associated with data breaches is minimal. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to:
• the use or inability to use the Application;
• loss of data, images, or content;
• device malfunctions or software errors.
10. Changes to the Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
